About Us

Since 1998, Reed in Partnership has specialised in programmes designed to break down the barriers to employment that our diverse client groups face.  We have a proven ability to create flexible solutions to local issues, creating a multitude of  paths to employment and inclusion. 

 

We have a strong employer network, drawing on the 40 years of the Reed family of businesses' recruitment experience. Since our launch in 1998, we have helped nearly 90,000 people into employment and worked with more than 25,000 employers, ranging from local businesses to large national corporations. 

When an individual comes to us, they become a member of our organisation. At Reed we believe that people really are better off working and this has a positive impact on the individual, their family and the wider community.

Membership means they will have their own Personal Adviser working closely with them to plan their journey towards employment, through confidence building, interview practice, training and job placement. When our members move into work their Personal Adviser stays in contact and members tell us it is this personal support which makes the difference.

In Australia we are keen to work in partnership with local organisations to deliver our service, and with individuals, who we hope will become our members. We are looking forward to working within the community and supporting people into jobs and making a difference.
